Artemio Agbayani Sensano, Sr., 86, of Pepeekeo died June 7 at Hilo Medical Center. Born in Ewa, he was a retired welder for Hilo Coast Processing Company and a member of the International Longshore and Warehouse Union, Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church in Papaikou, Pepeekeo Filipino Association and Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church Filipino Club. Friends may call today at Dodo Mortuary Chapel. Visitation from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.; funeral mass at 10 a.m. Aloha attire. Flowers welcome. Burial to follow at Homelani Memorial Park (Ilima Section). Survived by wife, Leonora Sensano of Pepeekeo, son, Artemio Sensano, Jr. of Keaau, daughters, Stella Sensano Cook of Fairfield, Calif., Yolanda (Henderson) Cartwright of Waipahu, Marlyn (Lloyd, Jr.) Akiona of Keaau; sisters-in-law, Connie Sensano of Pepeekeo, Avelina (Genaro) Agbayani of Honolulu, Agrifina (Vic) Ignacio of Philippines, Susana Agbayani of Pepeekeo; nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Mabel Kaleimaeole Tolentino, 73, of Waimea, died June 7 at Hilo Medical Center. Born in Honolulu, she was a retired concierge for the Outrigger Hotels & Resorts, an Aloha Week coordinator, and a Kamehameha Day Lei Draper. She was a member of Imiola Congregational Church in Waimea, the Hawaiian Civic Club of Waimea, Alu Like, Pu’ukohola Heiau, Kawaihae Canoe Club, Ka’ahumanu Chapter 2, Hale O Na Ali’i O Hawaii Halau O Keli’iahonui, the Waimea Hawaiian Homesteaders Association, and Moku O Hawaii Canoe Racing Association. Visitation from 10 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. today at Imiola Congregational Church, Waimea; Celebration of life at 11 a.m. Casual attire. Survived by daughters, Nani Lehano of Waimea, Theresa Berdon of Waimea and Tammy (Jerome) Kaaekuahiwi of Waimea; sons, Donald (Toni) Tolentino, Jr. of Waimea and Chad Tolentino of Papaaloa; sister, Dawn (Jules) Pursley of Wyoming; brother, Griffin (Geri) Kane of Honolulu; sister-in-law, Ethel (Mariano, Sr.) Carriaga of Hilo; brothers-in-law, Rally Tolentino of Waimea and Roy Tolentino of Hilo; seven grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
